The kick off event for the CT Pour Tour at Two Roads Brewery was a great time.
I got a chance to meet Todd, the CT Pour Tour guy, who is drinking a beer in every single Connecticut town to raise money for pediatric cancer research.
Considering the turn out for the kick off event, I think he'll do well.
I also met scads of other people, as well. It's always great to raise a glass fellow beer enthusiasts, especially when it's for a good cause.
What I didn't expect was the number of people who knew who I was and actually wanted to meet me. ME! It was a humbling experience. It's nice to know that people read my blog, enjoy my reviews, and try my recipes.
How cool is that?
