Cooking with Beer - Beer Barbecued Dry Rub Baby Back Ribs

I love all kinds of good barbecue. But my absolute favorite is spicy dry rubbed ribs slathered in a zippy sauce.

My Spicy Beer Barbecue Sauce just happens to fill the bill for a snappy sauce. The combination of spices in this recipe make a tastebud exploding dry rub.

Together on juicy tender baby back ribs is as close to barbecue perfection as this northern girl can get. Yum-dilly-icious!

These ribs pair awesomely well with Beer Cheese Fondue Macaroni & Cheese.

Beer Barbecued Dry Rub Baby Back Ribs
4 Pounds Baby Back Ribs
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
1 Tablespoon Granulated Onion
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon White Pepper

Combine all spices in a small bowl.

Rub spice mixture all over the ribs. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Arrange the ribs on the barbecue and grill for 40 to 45 minutes, turning with tongs occasionally until meat is tender and crisp on the outside.

Slather on the Spicy Beer Barbecue Sauce and grill until nicely caramelized.

Remove from grill and allow to the ribs to rest for about 5 minutes. Slice into individual ribs.
